Every home has a handful of small problems that never quite get solved. Not the big dramatic ones that force you to call a plumber or rip out a kitchen. The quiet ones. The ones you work around every single day until they just become part of the routine.
A shower screen that leaks onto the bathroom floor. A door that doesn't quite close properly. A drawer that sticks every time you open it. These things aren't emergencies, but they chip away at you. And when you go looking for a fix, you're usually met with either a full-scale DIY project or a product designed for tradespeople, not for someone who just wants the problem gone.
That's the gap Clever Little Things exists to fill.
How It Started
The idea came from a leaking shower screen. Water on the bathroom floor after every shower, a stack of forum threads offering complicated workarounds, and no simple product that actually solved the problem. It felt like something that should already exist. So we made it.
That product became DrySpell, a moisture barrier gel that seals the base of a shower screen in minutes. No tools, no mess, no tradesperson required.
Where It's Going
DrySpell is our first product, but it won't be our last. The idea behind Clever Little Things is simple: find the everyday home frustrations that people have learned to live with, and create small, focused products that make them disappear.
No overengineered gadgets. No hundred-page instruction manuals. Just clever little fixes for problems that shouldn't still exist.
